PH Box's have been around forever.
You used to get a glitch where you would see them.
So for the record..
They are not "new".
As for them now, scripters have obviously perfected creating them.

First of all //MSG probably aren't skilled enough to do stuff like that, so 'New //MSG' hahaha. Simmzy was a member of [DDK] and [IoU], he's basically a scripter. And I assume the PH boxes were done by breaking the encryption.
