Error 500 [Internal Server Error]

Hello,

Im not sure if this is the right forum to post in

But i have recently installed phpMotion

When i try and upload a video, I get Error 500

I have CHMOD all the cgi-bin and all files in there to 777 as directed
ad i follwed all instructions correctly

Please can you help me out?
