+REP Torrent Movie Problems

Hey, just downloaded 'What Happens In Vegas' and it kinda hard to explain the quality. Its like blinking, sticking in certain places for a matter of 2 seconds. I thought it was just that it was a bad download but I checked my other Movies I had downloaded and seen before in great quailty and the same had happened. Anyone had this problem/know what it is and can be able to fix it?

Okay so am installing the second one now, How do I un-install my current one because am just downloading it without un-installing anything. Also What one shall I choose on the first one? The USA one?
