This is a remake of an alt I made quite a while ago, there isn't much difference to the alt, just some refining and addition furniture.

On the shelves and stuff, you need a darker shade for the lines inside, not that lighter one.
The left leg of the blackboard looks kinda impossible and twisted where it joins the under bar.
The book on the desk needs to be more obviously a book, unless it's an intray full of paper?

It's good and very well thought out but it doesn't have that Wow factor of other alterations in the Elites.
