    Default Online problems.

On my PS3 I can connect to the internet by using an ethernet cable, as I do not have wireless. Now I can go on websites on my PS3, but when it comes to playing online it will not work :s
Also, when I try to download the update for GTA:IV it wont let me it just resets my PS3 and I have to log into my account again, this has been going on for months now and it's really bugging me. All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
