Photoshop CS3 Text Styles

Im new to using photoshop and I can't find that popup that has all those options like add drop shadow to the text or add border to the text. Hopefully you know what im talking about. +rep to anyone who can tell me where it is!

Window > Layers.
Right click the layer and blending options.

for some options you can use the layer styles, if you go to window>character you can see some more options for the actual font, but layer styles will do most of the editing.
