Samsung PC Studio 3 Error

Hey, well I've had this error for ages, which prevents me from accessing my images and videos on my PC.

When I click Manage multimedia files, I get this error:



I have uninstalled and reinstalled around four times, so I know that doesn't do anything.

Hopefully your expertise could help me resolve this problem.

Use the phone as a mass storage device? I dont know if this can only be done if there is a memory card in the phone, but I know its how my mate does it.

Even though this is for Windows XP, it basically says that the problem is with the program, not the operating system. I dont see why you need to use Samsung PC Studio 3 to get to your images and videos.

More than likley it means that PC Studio isn't Vista compatible.

Samsung PC Studio 3 works for me fine and I am with Vista
