Basicially I might be getting mobile broadband on pay as you go for my laptop because I take too much bandwidth, they go up to 3mb broadband speed is that enough just for me to use but use it for like going online on my wii on ie mario kart or stuff like maplestory on my laptop?

Well my average speed is about 1.5mb I believe (assuming you mean mb/s) and I don't have any problems with using the net at all, so 3mb should be fine, although take whatever theys ay with a pinch of salt because "up to 3mb/s" can mean literally any number from 1 to 3000kb/s.

3Mbps is pleanty as long as it's not heavily contended. Using a 3g mobile connection for gaming though will suck. Massive latency.
