Will maple story run on this download speed?

Hi there Im buying a mobile broadband pay as you go (on three) because my dad doesnt want me jaming our broadband or some rubbish like that, so yeh can maplestory work ok on download speed of maxiumum download speed of 3600 kbps so thats in the range of 2.8 to 3 mb ? Also I can buy data allowance of either 1gb 3gb or 7gb.

Im downloading it and in 26% I get mse .exe. thing and I click Run and it goes cannot run file?

I dont think you can actually, it's unlikely.
It should be on the main website what minimum requirements are needed anyway.

Well alot of data goes back and forth whilst playing online so if you do get it working i would have to say try getting 7gb
