BitLocker Encryption alternative for XP?

Right, I need an alternative for BitLocker drive encryption that Vista has but for Windows XP.

I want it to use either a PIN code on login or a USB Flash drive with key on just like BitLocker.

The laptops all have TPM Security chips in so thats fine.

P.S. I may just try to push Vista into this place but 40 - 50 year old women are useless with new operating systems.

Have a look at Truecrypt:

I'm not that familiar with Bitlocker but Truecrypt is some of the best encryption software you can get.
