Its on WiFi, Emp's paralized so Rattata uses that one that drains your own health to 1HP then Emp can't attack due to paralize so he uses Endouvor (sp?) to take Empoleon down to 1HP then he uses Quick Attack.

they would know if it wasnt cheated by rights empoleon would attack first coz of its speed
and if ratatta used quick attack that wouldnt paralyze it now would it...
so its obv hacked

Rattata isnt killed in 1 move because it has Focus sash so its drained to 1hp.
