    Default Free running/parkour

    I really couldn;t be bothered to use the serach button to find out if there was another thread liek this but meh, I've been doing parkour for 1 year and 7 months now and i was wondering if anyone else here did it?

    I did the sport for a good year or so when I was 17/18, its a brilliant feeling when you have learnt something new! I rarely do it any more though, free running mainly when I do

    Yeah i love the feeling when i accomplish soemthign new, I have found out aswell whenever i achieve something new i just get an adrenaline rush and try achieve new things which usualy works 90% of the time

    been doing parkour for about 4years now Probly going on a little trip to southbank next week before school starts

    That Jump Britain documentary is what got everybody in the UK interested.
