Unreleased HC Furni:
The new HC furni mentioned before has been released in habbo.com. But did you notice the furni in the right side of the article image? They haven't been released yet.
Detective/Crime Furni:
I don't know what "det" stands for, but obviously they are some kind of crime scene furni. "bhole" is a bullet hole.
EDIT: detective was suggested as the meaning of "det":

The new HC furni looks okay, but would it be replacing any existing HC furni or just coming in in the 3rd year?
I'd quite like it to replace the first years furni so these become more rare...
The detective stuff should have been released with the My Spy Family competitions imo.
The rug seems pretty cool, but I probably wouldn't buy it tbh.

New HC furni will NOT replace any hc furni, u can buy it directly from the catalogue under Club Shop
