    My computer seems to be making an error noise every so often, however there is nothing I can find that is happening to cause this noise!?

    Probably the fan working extra hard every now and then to prevent over heating

    That Happened to me, I woke up to it and evey 30 seconds it beeped.

    I CCleaner'd it and it stopped.

    Beep every 30 seconds is probably an over temperature alarm (not sure about Boop though). To check if that is what it is, you can run Speedfan http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php and check your CPU temperature.
