I suggest training with Slayer. You can train 2 skills at once
and can make some cash.
Or, if your just looking for good exp, you could go to Yaks, although you need to do The Fremmmenik Isles quest.

Yeah, kill whatever monsters slayer takes you too. You'll be getting charms, combat xp and slayer xp.

It took me 3 years to get all 80+ lol.

Also you could AFK at bandits, or do dust devils. With dust devils you still get all the charms you would normally get (lots of crimson ones), but you need 65 slayer for them

Experiments, after doing creature of frankinstein quest 400xp per one kill. and they are level 25s with 70 odd hp
