Should be moved back to the main Design & Development section as there was no need for it to be moved and was happily suited in the main section and to be honest no one actually looks in the Tutorials section.
It was much easiser to find when it was in the main section and it prevented people from asking for tutorials on how to code, but now I get several pms/posts asking me where it's gone.
Should be returned to it's original location as there's quite alot off demand for the thread as you can see by the 60k odd views.

Yeah, it should be moved back. The stuff in the tut forum is like "How to show the amount of habbos online". You might use that once, but no where near as much as you would need to use divs.

I personally think it should stay where it is currently as that's what the forum is intended for.
