I have searched around for one, but can't find any.

Take vBulletin for an example, when you double click the title, you can change it.

Does anyone know where I can find one of these?

You can use scriptaculous to achieve this. I believe its called InPlaceEditor.
This is our situation and we're happy to be here,

Easier done with jQuery, using the plugin 'jEditable', google it, very simple, you just make a jeditable object, then name the class the name of the object on the element.
