Phone number to contact Jagex?

My best acc was hacked and banned, AND the appeals were used cos he thought I had quit permanently so he carried on using my account. On the site they say that once the appeals are all used, you can't get it back, but I thought phoning them might help.

Anyone know? +rep for the link to the page with a number, if one exists

http://www.jagex.com/corporate/Contact/contact.ws seems the only place to 'contact' jagex themselves. but a runescape account they will tell you to Appeal form the appeal page here :

I don't think they let you phone them up anymore.
I think you probably won't be able to get it back.
