Due to recent rapid growth, WOW! Technologies UK, is on the hunt for 2x Tier 1 or Tier 2 technicians. All applicants must have the following understanding -

• Knowledge of the Kayako systems
• Knowledge of WHMCS
• Able to answer trouble tickets promptly
• High knowledge of cPanel/WHM
• A minimum - high knowledge of HyperVM
• A polite manner
• The ability to retain important information

We require all applicants to be located within either of these countries ;
