Cant add music to Nano?

I imported eveyrthing from my old PC to my new laptop, plugged in my Nano and it picks it up fine. I tried to import a song from my downloads from the net and it won't add in?

Double sure your going in iTunes >File > Import or add to libary? What format is it? Sounds strange to me. You sure its not there? Tried searching the song name and the artist?
