So i recently brought Samsunh W760i help but i have had a couple of problems

1) It does not seem to let me sync from phone to pc i dno why but i have the file in the main video section or music or photo but its not on my file manager and i dont know how to get it there.

2) it sometimes freezes up for no apparent help
