I have all stars on everything exept shooting my shooting is level 67 what do i have to get it up to for 4 stars?

shoot enemies and collect the things i think? just takes a while.

Best way to do it is shoot the exhausts on gangs cars because it blows the car up but you get shooting stars.
This is the easiest way however, I went through the game again just to get my shooting up and it took me all the way to Wang's for it to fill from 3 star.

Uh, Well im now at 75 and im still not 4 the rest are 4 star on like 40 :L

Just keep killing enemies with good guns, whenever you defeat a boss or something store the gun in the armourary.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Just use the machine guns and you should get it soon enough. It depends how easy it is boost depending on who you have shot in the past. If you have shot Citizens/Your own gang. It makes your Shooting Level Red which makes it harder and longer to get. I got them all and my driving was terrible to get as I had ran over a lot of normal citizens. Good luck with it anyway, You'll get it soon enough.
