    You have no hope in hell of doing it without at least a USB Cable, either find out if you can do it with a USB Cable and buy one, or take it to a shop.

    you can flash it for FREE with a usb cable and by downloading the SEUS program from SE.com. But, you will flash it to what ever firmware your device is currently set to.
