Hello this might help why dont you just do a system restore and set it back to a previous certain date so that you are not getting a virus, also use Mozilla Firefox as a firewall which also helps to protect your internet.
but i was suggesting that if its annoying you really badly check your pop-up blocker is on when you go into internet options and then do a system restore back to a previous date before that was all happening.
to find system restore you go to start programs, accessories, system tools then click the system restore then it will set your pc back to the previous date that has been chosen dunno if it will help otherwise try a different Anti-virus software such as AVG -dont use norton as its not that good that i dont use it either i find using Avg better than norton as it really does help give computer a scan and keep scanning everyday to make sure it isnt a virus.

    Many thanks
