Fast Smithing?

Right I don't want to lose more than 100k per 1k of any type of bar..

I need to achieve 73 smithing, as it is the last thing I have to do on Varrock's Hard Achievement Diary..

Is there any good and fast ways to get smithing exp??

I know gold is good but is too much to lose per 1k..

im not sure but you can smith steel bars with coal and iron and you make profit but im pretty sure its really slow

Do mith plates if you can or mith bolts best bet at blast furnace.
