Recording Your Screen? Best Software to use?

Ok well basically im looking for some software to record my screen.
It needs to be

- Good Quality
- No Water Marks

also i expect most of the examples will cost, License keys.. Keygens? Or dont they do that sort of thing im kinda new to this area of stuff.

I've used Camtasia for a while and the range of formats is usually good, especially the flash one to display it on a web page.
