If they did a 80GB Iphone, people would just buy that instead of an Ipod and Apple would lose potential sales.

Why not? Its Moore's Law.
There is a 32GB Touch, there will eventually be a 32GB iPhone (Well, probably not - due to what Wayne said but it would be possible)
The fact is, if they released one - iPod sales would decrease (well the Touch sales perhaps) and then to make sales increase they would increase the capacity of the Touch and its features and so on.
So yeah lol

Defiantly, but it will be a few years.
It would be a few years in the future when they release it and they will probs have 200GB ipods thenIf they did a 80GB Iphone, people would just buy that instead of an Ipod and Apple would lose potential sales.
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.
