Yes .25 is lower than .5
Habbox Value is 1.25, some people sell 1.5 and some sell 1.0
Its up to you to find the right balance.

1.25 is between 1.2 and 1.3 and so is lower than 1.5.
I tried selling 3 moon rugs but i bet them and lost so i didnt need to sell them anymore
(i dont think u'll get 1.5cs unless someone really needs them)
