Default Help deleting pre-installed programs (Large Image)

I don't know what to delete incase somethings important because last time I did that on my old PC I deleted a SP and it became unbearably slow and would'nt even do anything most of the time. But now my Laptop is getting a bit slow even though its only a few month old so I think I should delete some rubbish.

    Here's my programs:

Can you re-install off the Sony Website? If so, I will delete em.

Itll leave everything Sony put on there that is needed, and remove anything thats not.

Download and run CCleaner, remove some of that sony crap. They can all be redownloaded.

I cant really see a new sony vaio getting slow with that many programs on it :\, I do see Nortan installed there, but i think you'd be better off scraping it, it takes up alot of CPU, Takes a while to scan, and also dosent detect as much as others do.

    What i'd do is

    install
*AVG FREE 8.0 or Avira Internet Security
    *Comodo Firewall PRO
*KeyScrambler (To stop keyloggers from reading your keystrokes)

That might speed up your computer a little bit, and keep it virus-free ;]
