SAM Broadcaster is a professional computer-based internet broadcasting application by SpacialAudio. It can also be used with PCI Max Ultra hardware (provided by PCS Electronics ) to broadcast on medium range FM radio. It also includes web pages that can be published so listeners can request songs from the internet.

I do believe its because most of the DJS dont have registered copies, the erlier versions adverts can be easily deleted/removed, Sam4 its practically impossible, so adverts would come up every few minutes, and the DJ's cant do anything appart from register their copies, which not many do i think.
