Okay, I want my friends to be able to set the skins i made for them set them to there profile skin, anyway it says it's only a preview and the owner has not made it public 2 set as a new skin or something.
how do i make them public use?

on the settings of the skin, it gives you a choice of like public use or put through official voting etc.
