Eek, no way else to put it, you've landed yourself in the ****.
Nothing you can do really, other than tell your best mate you like his sister and see if he's ok with it. Or, you could sly the question maybe by saying like "What would you do if one of your mates went out with your sis?"
But you have to be clever to sly that out, cuz he may get suspicious.
