I'd go with the 3rd, 250GB which means you can get programmes, music & more and Toshiba is probably more reliable then the others.

Haha wow, I got quiet a few PC games and tunes and I have like 20GB left out of 100 on my PC and I've only had it for two years. And that's alright - just avoid Sony. I've got a laptop and the buttons have actually jammed up so for left click I have to literally smash the left key in or double tap on the touch pad, haha.

I would have to recommend the Dell.

It's cheaper and essentially the same as the others. If you wanted you could customise the setup so you get a bigger hard drive.

IMO the most reliable there is the Dell.

cheers the dell does seem the best option, i'm still going to look around and decide before 24th sept because thats when the £50 off deal ends on the dell

Also for an extra £30 I can get 1gb more ram.. dunno if it makes much difference so i might leave it. If I wanted to in the future is it easy to buy some ram separate and add it myself?

Dells are good for desktops, not really good for laptops though, past experience.

All I have ever had is Dell laptops, for me, mum's school, dad etc... none of them have gone wrong.. apart from one of mum's laptops having coffee spilt over the keyboard which meant a new keyboard, but thats easy. And the Dell desktops, we have had same day support ;P Even if they do keep you on the phone for hours going through everything that could possibly, even remotely, fix it!

Although, I did have a HP once, and that died, HP didn't want to know about it.
