Default What Services To Stop In Vista

Yeah, I just put my PC back to factory settings and I wanted to know which services I definately don't need which can be disabled and will speed up the PC. Cheers, +rep. Btw, I use Vista.

Ignore Mario, he's cranky because he's not getting anything from Peach

Disable any pre-installed software which is really, REALLY unnecessary like Norton which sometimes comes on PCs and laptops, but pesters you to try and install it., or any other equivilent. It depends what's on it :/ What happens when you turn it on, what programs appear and open when you start up? They're usually ones to get rid of for a start

Most of the services in Vista actually do something usefull, its startup programs and crap already installed you need to be carefull of.
