    I think you need dream scene or something. As far as I'm aware it only comes with Ultimate
    Chippiewill.

    You can get it as an Vista Ultimate add-on called 'DreamScene'.

    Correct. You can only use DreamScene in Vista Ultimate although, if you search around the internet, i'm sure you can find a third party alternative for other editions of Vista, or maybe even XP.
