you can only take one lighter as well i think lol my mam had two for the cookers and stuff and she got told to leave one behind. not sure bout **** but you can take them back over from places so i guess so.

Check the website of the company you are flying with. You can buy cigs at dutyfree and stuff, as well as on the plane so I don't see why not? But I guess matches/lighters etc aren't going to be allowed because anyone could start a fire on a plane or something? I don't know.
