Help :P Im looking for some monks in part sarim as told by a clue scroll

How do i find these monks and "clap" them?

Nvm It says cheer for the monks in port sarim, wear a coif, steel plate skirt and a sapphire necklace.
Im lost.

Basically, find the monks of entrana near the ships. Then wearing what you've been asked to wear, do the emote cheer. Then a guy will pop up giving you the next clue scroll

I was in port sarim with the monks but i couldnt understand the cheer bit.
The emote makes sence
