iTouch? Man many people call it that
iPod Touch. I believe the easiest way is using http://www.quickpwn.com/ I no longer own an iPod Touch so i don't know whats the best way to jailbreak etc.

Not what I know of? Just checked their website and it's still called iPod Touch, anyway enjoy using it

Its never been iTouch. Anyways, QuickPwn is the best to jailbreak 2.1 imo
