Help with sending off Xbox to Repair

I rang xbox etc. and yesturday, ups came with the sticker for the box. Now what do I do? Do I take the box, with the sticker on to a post office, do I wait for UPS again, or ring them up to get time or what?

what you were supposed to have done is slapped the sticker on there and then and given him the box.

The guy slapped the sticker on mine and took it from me.

But I'd say take it to the post office, or cal up xbox and tell them what happend, I'd assume they will arrange for it to be collected.

You ring up ups and quote the shipment number on the sticker and arrange a pick up time.
