Hey,
A few weeks ago nvr gave me a 4 point infraction, that never expires for 'trying to be cool'
MattGarner just gave me a 1 point infracrtion for avoiding the filter (Which i didnt even do on purpose)
But now i can PM, or anything coz of being 'banned'
Bit unfair, since i cant even PM nvr about the infraction, to ask him to remove OR reply to a PM that he has asked me to answer.

P.S. Basically i need to have the 4 point 1 removed, but io cant pm nvr so dont even tell me too
