What's better, guns or bows? I was doing PvP and these level 28's where hitting 100's and stuff with guns, so I take it I should get one?

For one.. your doing 20-29 pvp and i bet most of those 100s were twinks with good gear etc. So up to you and race wth nemo. An increase of 5 with guns on a dwarf isn't going to hit that much more

well when i was BRD some hunterz were like "wish i rolled dwarf, 1% crit on guns is awesome" i was like yeye *pretending i know about hunters*

Alliance, I'd reroll Dwarf because of the 1% more crit with guns, it used to be hit but ahahaha not anymore.
Horde side I'd go for Troll because of the bow racial, or just Orcs because they're awesome.

In response to the thread, just go for the highest level gun/bow/xbow you can find with the higest dps, speed doesn't matter this low down the chain but make sure you get either stam or agi on the weapon because strength is shocking.
