North Wales man jailed after sick attack

A SICK thug forced a terrified man to sing Baa Baa Black Sheep and lick his feet while filming him on his mobile phone.
Gino Lee Breeze, 20, is today behind bars for the bizarre and humiliating attack at the victim’s own home in Bangor, during which he threatened to have him shot and his house petrol bombed.
The attacker subjected the 45-year-old man, who the Daily Post is not naming, to two lengthy ordeals over three hours – all because he mistakenly thought he’d laughed at him in the street.
Breeze, of Lon y Glyder, Bangor, was yesterday jailed for three years for the sickening attacks. The court heard he forced his way into his victim’s house on the Toronnen estate on June 1.
He was visiting a friend and saw the victim, who was unwell and on incapacity benefit, chatting outside his home to a friend.
Ian Evans, prosecuting, said the victim’s friend cracked a joke and both had laughed. Breeze wrongly assumed they were laughing at him.
A short time later, Breeze went to the 45-year-old’s house and pushed his way in.
“He (Breeze) said he didn’t like the man’s attitude and told him ‘not to laugh at me’,” said Mr Evans.
“He showed him an image of a hand grenade on his mobile phone and said that could be thrown at him. Breeze said the house could be petrol bombed and threatened he’d get someone to give the man a good kicking.
“As he made to leave Breeze punched him and dragged him to the floor by his shirt and made him lick his feet.
“As he did so he filmed on his mobile phone.”
The 45-minute ordeal ended when Breeze left, warning the man not to tell the police. But later he returned and said he wanted a chat.
Mr Evans went on: “The man let him in and as he did so Breeze pushed his way in again and they grappled in the hallway.
“The man was headbutted, and as he tried to escape Breeze caught him and dragged him into the living room.
“He removed a leg from a coffee table and threatened he’d be shot. He punched and headbutted him again. Breeze ordered him to say sorry as he filmed him again on his mobile phone. Breeze belittled the man because he was crying.”
Breeze got a knife and a fork from the kitchen.
“While holding the knife to the man’s ear and the fork near his eyes he ordered him to sing Baa Baa Black Sheep. He told the man he wanted to make sure he didn’t tell the police and went to hold the man’s tongue. At that stage the man passed out,” said Mr Evans.
The second ordeal lasted for about two hours.
The matter was reported to police and Breeze was arrested and the video clips recovered from the mobile phone.
As the clips were shown to the judge Breeze sat with his head bowed. He was handcuffed to a prison officer throughout the hearing.
At an earlier hearing, Breeze had admitted two charges of assaulting the man, and appeared for sentence at Caernarfon Crown Court yesterday.
Judge Michael Farmer QC told him: “You are responsible for behaviour which beggars belief. Fortunately, the physical injuries are superficial and not permanent but the psychological damage you inflicted is considerable.”
Breeze also admitted having possessing illegal drugs after he was stopped by police in Brynsiencyn in March. A number of plastic bags containing crack cocaine were found in his hand during the search.
He also admitted a fourth charge of harassing a Bangor couple, Tony Owen and Tracy Ellis, between May 12 and June 2 this year.
