Well yeh I hate being in the house on my own because im always muting the tv to see if i heard a noise always thinking someone is going to burgle the house and it really annoys me I just wanna be able to stay in the house on my own and not care? I do just stay in on my own but i stay paranoid its scary and I dont like it any sujestions

I've been the same in the past, but I think that you should think the following things:

• How old are you?
  
• Have you been burgled in that time? (probably not)
• Have anyone in your road been burgled in the past? (again, it's unlikely)

Since most of the answers to these questions will be no, you should realise how unlikely it is that anybody is going to try to enter your house.

It's slightly about maturity as well. You managed to get over a fear of the dark when you were young (at least, I assume you did) - this is not much different. Think how you got over that fear, can you use a similar strategy here?

No ones going to burgle the house with you in it

If they were going to burgle your house, they would try when:

• Nobodys in the house
• When the house is empty for several days (Holiday)

So you have nothing to worry about

i used to be like that

a house 4 doors up my road for burgled, but im not too fussed. they had builders there so it wouldn't be too hard to get in..
