it wont be like before it will be bad i think
but basically uoi can pk everywhere except banks, but you cant pick up ur enemies items just a portion of there stuffRyan

^Thats true you are not allowed to pick up all their items but you also get some other rewards.
I personally think it will be something like you pk 100k worth of stuff you get 50k you pk 50m worth of stuff you get 25m this will stop rwt and bring back pking as no one will wants to lose money with rwt and get nothing in return:shifty:

Yup but I come back before the removed it with MAD and Tomlegend then they removed it then we all quit.
