1.50 CS - Seen once (sold two for 3 Club Sofas)

This rare is currently at popular demand, so I was lucky to snatch one for 1 Club Sofa. A lot of people use them for casinos, resulting in bulk amounts required to be bought. Many tend to find it fair to trade two for three Club Sofas, despite not gaining any profit.

Verdict: Stable

Blue Laser Gate (2.00 CS)
2.00 CS - Seen once

Not really a popular rare, but they're quite regularly used in casinos. They're the cheapest of the Laser set and since most people like to make their casinos look "grand" with mostly rares, they would go for this one instead of the others. Haven't seen many traded lately, so value fluctuation won't be big.

Verdict: Stable

Habbo Turntable (3.50 CS)
3.50 CS - Seen once (sold for 3 Club Sofas and Dicemaster)

At high demand right now, as many like to use these for their casinos. I was lucky enough to buy one off a Rare Values Staff for 3.50 CS worth. They are definitely hard to find and people with them won't sell them without profit.

Verdict: Rise

Throne (60.00 CS)
63.00 CS - Seen twice (sold for 61 Club Sofas and Majestic Chair each)

They are on the drop at the moment. Fortunately, I was able to sell two of mine for that price. Many tried to buy them for less than the current price in hope that they will rise again, but were unsuccessful. As the value has just dropped again, I have not seen reactions to this change yet.

Verdict: Drop
