IGCSE ICT Exam in 12 DAYS PLEASE HELP!

Hiya, I got a C on the may/june ICT exam, and i'm resitting it now hoping i'd get atleast a B.. the exam is on the 17th of october :eusa_wall
..I couldn't find any tutor irl, and i'm really dumb with computers, I don't even have microsoft office on my PC..
I don't know where/what/how to do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If any of you have ANY sources at all (eg. websites that'll help me, or how to DL microsoft office, or anything that'll help me with the written exam) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reply to this thread!

i got a B without revising, because i was put in a class with all these ******ed boys who think its funny to throw chairs at teachers.

everyone else in my alevel class got an A though so yeah
