i don't see calie being hm for very long sulake will either sack her soon or force her to resign
people saying she doesn't do maintenance and stuff no she doesn't she should motivate her staff to do a better job
its like for instance if a manager of asda lets asda get out of hand and the staff ain't doing there jobs properly cos of it the manager would be sacked soon enough

It's not just Callie that works there.
Callie dosen't do EVERYTHING.
I see people blaming the HM when it wasn't there fault.

Callie does a hell of alot, she does alot of events and games. Callie is not incharge of london staff like you say she is, smash is the uk boss, Callie looks after the hotel and MANAGERS the hotel.
