i cant upload my image for a comp

im trying to upload an image for a halloween competition but it comes up as only a red x in a box

Go to Upload picz, upload your pic, then take the URL it gives you. Then, click this icon in the post, , enter the URL and the picture sould appear. Hopes this helps . BTW, for the best quality, save the pic as a JPEG.

Then that means the image hasn't been inputted properly. Try http://uploadpicz.com/ as Netaxes said. I disagree with Netaxes, I would recommend you saving your image as .PNG for the best quality.
