Add a new sub-forum to the Designing and Development section

Hey,
I just came up with an idea
Why not make a new sub-forum in the Designing and Developments section?
Since people release many things for free in that section, you could add a sub-forum named "Free Stuff" or something similar?

People could add all their releases in there, or the MOD's could move them to this section.

Do you agree with me?

I think the moderators moving them there is best if it is created however I don't think this is necessary.

Although there is quite a lot of free stuff I don't' think it is really necessary to add another sub forum. Too many subforums makes things untidy and not as user friendly. Although the concept of the idea is nice I don't personally think it is worth implementing but we'll see what others think.
