Your reports are definately improving.
To make it better introduce Colours and pictures. Comments arent needed but colours allow the staff to see what is in/decreasing at a glance.

Good luck with your app and also: Blue PIllow 1T 20HC? That is the only value i dont agree with but we all see different values!

Thats a huge step compared to your other report, well done.

Most values seem accurate but 1t 20 for a blue pillow... er.. a bit too much.
We all see different values anyway.
